A very entertaining and enjoyable evening was had at the Club's recent Burns Supper.
The evening was chaired by Club Captain Gordon Crawford.
The haggis was piped in by Alan Wilson and Frank Scott gave the customary "Address to the Haggis" before members were able to "tuck in" to a fine meal prepared by our catering team.
Entertainment on the night was brilliantly provided by Daisy Wilson and Coleen Garret, singing with accompanist Frazer McPhail.
The Immortal Memory was presented by Jon Wilkin and, Frank Scott, on his debut Burns night, had the audience in stitches with his “Dirge to Robert Burns” by Robert Tannahill. The "Toast to the Lassies" was given by Robert Honeyman and Lesley Richardson ably replied.
Thanks to all our contributors and catering team for a great evening.
